My name is Henrietta Richey and I have had the privilege of being a part of Richey’s Playhouse &
Learning Center Inc., since 2008.  After spending eight years teaching the Pre-K and various age groups,
Before and After school kids. I was excited to expand my role at Bridging between The Gap Inc. Non-for
profit DBA Joyful Heart’s Daycare Center, first as Director and now as CEO/President.  Together with a
team of amazing and creative teachers, I am committed to providing your family with a loving and
developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. At Joyful Hearts, we know that play is a
child’s most important work, and we strive to create and maintain an environment where your child can
grow and thrive while exploring the world around them. Thank you for sharing your precious children with us!

Henrietta Richey is currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Also is a
serial entrepreneur that loves to help people. Ceo/ Director of Richey’s Playhouse & Learning Center for
8 yrs., Owner of Godsaidit2 DBA (GSI2) Clothing store in Hammond, Indiana 3yrs, Credit repair for 8yrs in
all states, Helping people start they own business 7yrs, helping people travel wholesale not retail 10yrs
and help businesses build business corporate credit 5 yrs.
Henrietta Richey has the heart to help the less fortunate and has been helping families for over 10 yrs. in
Northwestern Indiana with back to school supplies, Thanksgiving, Christmas and emergency need items.
Bridging Between the Gap Inc. is a non-for-profit that helps families in need of food, clothing and
household supplies. We also have a mentoring program for our youth ages 11-18 which is structure
towards our youth that have ideas and dreams to start they own business and to encourage their visions
while they young.

Bridging Between the Gap, is a non- for-profit that helps families each month on the second and forth
Saturday of the month by appointment only with food, clothing and household products. Our youth
meet each month on the Second Saturday of the month. Please volunteer with us!
